1° - All rentals are registered and au not, under any circustances, be assigned. Subletting is prohibited.
2 - In case of delay for your arrival, lease infor us by written essage that you ostone your arrival. In the absence of the latter, the itch becomes vacant 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the rental contract and full payment of the services remains required.
3° - BOOKING AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
- A + 30 days from the date of arrival : you will have to pay a deposit of 30% at the time of your reservation.
- A - 30 days form arrival date (last minute booking) : you will have to pay for your entire stay.
For any stay of 7 days or more, the application fee of 15 € will apply and must be paid at the reservation and will reain due even in case of cancellation.
The deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the stay. The currently applicable VAT rate is 10 %. Any change in the alicable VAT rate may result in a change in the VAT rate.
4° - CANCELLATION CONDITIONS :
- A + 30 days from the date of arrival : the deposit will be refunded without the administration fees.
- A - 30 days from the date of arrival : deposit and application fee will be retained.
For any last minute booking (-30 days before arrival date) : the full amount of the stay will be kept.
If you interrupt your stay, you will not be entitled to any refund.
5° - RENTAL ACCOMMODATION UNITS :
- The accommodation can be occupied from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10 am on the day of departure.
In case of departure after 10 am, an additional night will be charged.
- The balance of the stay ust be aid in full on the day of arrival.
The surplus payments in holiday vouchers will not give rise to any refund.
Tourist tax payments will only ba accepted by check or cash, for last minute bookings.
No discount will be granted in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.
- Equipped rental accommodation is rented for a specified number of people (from 2 to 6 pers.max) and a car.
The number of people indicated during the reservation must be respected at the keys and no additional person will be accepted without having been declared beforehand. Under penalty of cancellation of your stay.
For insurance and security reasons, it is forbidden to exceed the number of occupants for each rental.
Provide sheets and pillowcases for hygiene reasons.
- The equipped rental accommodation will be returned in the same state of cleanliness as when the keys were handed over. Otherwise the tenant will have to pay a lump sum of 100 € for cleaning. Any deterioration of the accommodation or its accessories will result in immediate restoration at the expense of the tenant.
- Security deposit : two deposits will be required at the delivery of the keys, one of 350 € for the rental accommodation and the other of 75 € for the household which will bz cashed in case of rental returned not clean.
These deposits will be cancelled after checking the accommodation, made by the camping team within 48 hours after departure. This deposit does not constitue a limit of liability.
- Tent canvases not permitted on rental sites.
- All our rentals are non-smoking.
- Animals, excluding category 1 and 2 dogs, are accepted up to a maximum of 1 per rental. They ust be ucked and vaccinated, and cannot be left alone in the rental.
The vaccination card must be presented on arrival.
- The tenant must be insured under civil liability.
6° - RENTAL OF CAMPING SITES
- The pitch will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12pm on the day of departure.
In case of departure after 12 pm, an additional night will be charged.
- 6 people maximum per pitch, beyond an additional pitch will be charged.
- The balance of the stay must be paid in full on the day of arrival.
The surplus payments in holiday vouchers will not give rise to any refund.
Tourist tax payments will only ba accepted by check or cash, for last minute bookings.
No discount will be granted in the case of delayed arrival or early departure or a change in the number of people
- A deposit of 10 € per badge and/or key nursery/disabled toilet will be required on arrival and returned on dearture in exchange for these.
- Charcoal barbecues and electric planchas are prohibited.
- The teant must be insured under civil liability.
7° - THE POOL :
- Open in July and August from 10 am to 7:30 pm, strictly reserved for our customers.
- Only short swimsuits are allowed (e.g. 2-piece, one-piece or briefs, boxers).
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
8° - Minors not accompanied by their legal representative are not allowed to stay at the campsite.
9° - Users of the campsite are asked to avoid any noise that could disturb their neighbours.
From 10:30 pm to 7:30 am, silence must be respected.
.10° - All visitors must present themselves at the reception or declare themselves as soon as it opens.
Visitors do not have access to the swimming pool and access to the campsite is prohibited from 22 pm to 9 am.
11° - In the event of a dispute and after having contacted the establishment's "customer" service, any client of the campsite has the possibility of contacting a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by LRAR, to the operator. The details of the mediator likely to be seized by the client, are as follows : Atlantique Médiation at 02 40 80 10 24.
